William Penn University, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Davis County Basketball player Josh Settles, our 1240 AM/102.7 FM KBIZ Athlete of the Week!
The senior posted career highs with a double-double last Friday at Cardinal. Settles scored 16 points and pulled in 11 rebounds in the Mustangs’ 59-53 overtime win.
