A 32-year-old Mount Pleasant man is facing his third disorderly conduct charge this year following an alleged disturbance Tuesday evening.
Joshua Allen Crouch was arrested at 7:21 p.m. on November 11th and charged with Disorderly Conduct – Loud Raucous Noise, a simple misdemeanor, according to court records.
According to the criminal complaint, officers responded to a disturbance call in Mount Pleasant. Upon arrival, multiple people were outside in the parking lot.
The complaint states that officers learned Crouch had allegedly threatened the life of the reporting parties and had been yelling and screaming in the parking lot. A witness to the incident verified that Crouch had been yelling in the parking lot, according to court documents.
Crouch allegedly admitted to officers that he had been yelling loudly in his room and yelling at the reporting party, the complaint states.
Court records show this is Crouch’s third disorderly conduct charge in 2025. He received similar charges in September and October of this year.
Crouch’s bond has been set at $300. A pretrial conference is scheduled for November 19th.
