Various emergency personnel converged at a house on East Main Street in Ottumwa on Wednesday morning.
Lietenant Jason Bell of the Ottumwa Police Department tells Ottumwa Radio News there was a call to service around 10:00 AM. Police, firefighters from the Ottumwa Fire Department, and ORMICS each arrived at a residence on the 1600 block of East Main Street.
Bell says the emergency was medical, and a person was transported to the hospital via ambulance. The individual’s name and condition were not disclosed.
