Tori Michelle Diaz, 3 day old daughter of Megan Nicole Heisdorffer-Diaz, passed peacefully in the arms of her family on February 23, 2025 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
She was born February 20, 2025 in Ottumwa.
Tori gave us a lifetime of love during her short time on Earth. She was loved by all who met her and will be greatly missed.
Surviving is her mother; grandmother, Tami Diaz; and uncles, Darren Ollom and Miles Diaz.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Edward Diaz.
Her body has been cremated and private services may be held at a later date.
Reece Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
