William Penn University, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate EBF Wrestler Ella Ray, our 1240 AM/102.7 FM KBIZ Athlete of the Week!
Last Saturday in Wapello, Ray finished at the top of the podium in the 235-pound weight class at the third annual Willard Howell Girls Invite. It’s the second gold medal of the season for the senior.
