Golf Cart Permits are now available at the Ottumwa City Clerk’s office, located on the second floor of the Train Depot at 210 West Main Street.
The annual registration fee is $60 and owners must fill out a form confirming their golf cart has features such as a slow-moving vehicle sign, safety flag, rearview mirror, adequate brakes, appropriate lighting, and proof of insurance.
