Van Buren County will host the first-ever Rhythm Rumble on Friday, November 21 at 5:00 p.m., giving dance teams from across southeast Iowa a chance to showcase their routines and receive feedback from a panel of judges ahead of the ISDTA State Dance Championships in the first week of December.
The event is free for participating dancers, with a $5 admission fee for spectators.
Teams competing at this year’s Rhythm Rumble include Fairfield, Winfield-Mt. Union, Davis County, Central Lee, Washington, Holy Trinity Catholic, and host Van Buren County.
The showcase is designed to serve as a tune-up before the state championships, giving teams a competitive performance opportunity and judge feedback in the weeks leading up to state.
