The City of Ottumwa Parks and Recreation Department will host an open house at the new cemetery maintenance and office building on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The building is located at 401 East Park Avenue. Visitors should use the North Jefferson Street entrance to enter the Ottumwa Cemetery for easiest access.
The public is invited to walk through the new building and see the facility firsthand. This $1.8 million project was funded through the City of Ottumwa’s Capital Improvement Program.
