Tommie “Paula” Hartley was born July 15, 1947 (Buffalo, NY) and passed away September 27, 2026 (Ottumwa, IA). Tommie “Paula” grew up in Arcade, NY. He joined the Navy in 1965 where he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal. A few years later in 1972, Tommie “Paula” married Mary Jane Kochersperger. They had two children together, Jason Hartley (Nikki Hartley) and Brandy Cox (James Cox). Tommie “Paula” enjoyed collecting trains, getting her nails done, spending time with family and had interest in many other hobbies. His humor, character and fashion sense will be missed by those who knew and loved him.
Tommie “Paula” is survived by his daughter; Brandy Cox (James Cox), his grandchildren; Michael Beller (Taylor Beller), Kristopher Beller (Claire Beller) Dylan Hartley, Lili Hartley, Samantha Beller (Wade Gjersvik), Carter Hartley and Matt Hartley. As well as his great grandchildren, Brantley, Maverick, Kaden, Rosemary and Hudson. She is preceded in death by parents John and Melba Hartley, his wife, Mary Hartley and his son, Jason Hartley.
Cremation has been accorded with no planned services at this time.
