Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Ottumwa woman and her nearly two-year-old son, according to a community post circulating on social media and confirmed by the Ottumwa Police Department.
Jackie Silvers, who may also go by Jackie Charbbaneau, was last seen Monday, September 7th leaving her apartment in Ottumwa in an older red Jeep or Bronco. Silvers is described as approximately 5’11” to 6 feet tall, weighing around 200 pounds, with dirty blonde hair. She is 29 years old.
Her son, Isiah Charbbaneau, who will turn 2 years old in October, has blond hair and was last seen with his mother.
The last known location for the pair was the Walmart in Oskaloosa. They could be in the Ottumwa or Oskaloosa areas.
