The holiday season is coming to Eldon, and residents and visitors are invited to celebrate with the return of the Annual Holiday Hop on Saturday, December 5.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., giving shoppers and community members the opportunity to enjoy holiday activities and visit vendors throughout the day.
This year, organizers are adding to the festivities by connecting the Holiday Hop with Eldon’s annual Tree Lighting at Rock Island Park, which will take place at 5 p.m.
Vendors will have three locations available for setup. A small vendor fee will apply this year, with additional details about locations, registration and fees to be announced at a later date.
Organizers say they are still working on the final event details but wanted to give the community an early opportunity to mark their calendars and make plans to attend.
Residents are encouraged to invite friends and family and get ready to celebrate the holiday season in Eldon.
