A southeast Iowa man faces numerous charges for allegedly possessing and sharing several files of child pornography.
Anthony Lancial of Albia, 32, has been charged with five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor – promote film, a Class C felony, and five counts of purchase/possession of a minor in a sex act – first offense, a Class D felony.
Court records say that in July, Lancial shared or was in possession of five illicit files. Court records allege the files consisted of adults engaging in sexual acts with children aged 12 and under.
A warrant for Lancial’s arrest was issued on July 13, and he was taken into custody on July 27th.
Lancial is currently in the Monroe County Jail. He is being held on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
Lancial waived his preliminary hearing.
