Motorists should plan for temporary traffic disruptions next week as a portion of East Fourth Street will be closed for work at Ottumwa High School.
The 500 block of East Fourth Street will be closed on Wednesday, August 12, and Thursday, August 13, from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. each day.
The temporary closure is necessary to accommodate work taking place at Ottumwa High School. Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead and use alternate routes during the closure to avoid delays.
