The Birmingham Fire Department will conduct a controlled burn on Sunday, August 9th at approximately 2:00 p.m. in the 2100 block of 115th Street and West Cedar Street, according to a notice from the department.
During the burn, traffic in the area will be restricted to a single lane for the safety of fire personnel. Residents in the area may also experience temporary interruptions to water service during the exercise.
