Mahaska Health in Oskaloosa, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Moravia Baseball player Kale Moore, our 92.7 KTWA Athlete of the Week!
The junior fueled a game-winning rally last Tuesday by tripling in the tying run and scoring the game-winning run in Moravia’s 5-4 win over North Mahaska in a district semifinal. For the season, Moore is batting .465 with an on-base percentage of .562 along with two home runs and 28 RBI. On the mound, Moore has a record of 7-1 over 57.1 innings with a team-low 0.98 ERA and 89 strikeouts, the most on the team.
