State Farm Agent Shawn McCarty, serving southeast Iowa from his office at 604 W Burlington in Fairfield, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Fairfield Softball player Vanessa Kessel, our 104.3 KRKN Athlete of the Week!
The sophomore provided a spark from the leadoff spot in a regional semifinal last Saturday. Kessel was 3-4 with a pair of runs scored as Fairfield outslugged Mediapolis 9-7.
