The Fairfield Community School District is inviting community partners to join more than 300 district employees for its 2026-2027 Staff Kickoff on Tuesday, August 18th at the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center, beginning at 7:45 a.m.
This year’s theme is “Destination Fairfield,” and the district says the event will be unlike any previous kickoff. Staff from Maharishi School will also be joining the celebration as the district launches the new school year with a high-energy event designed to build momentum heading into the fall.
Community partners who attend will be recognized and celebrated during the event, and will have the opportunity to hear directly about district goals, priorities, and celebrations for the year ahead. The district is also welcoming donations of door prizes, swag, and gifts, as well as volunteers to help with the event.
