Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a Bettendorf man who is wanted on multiple outstanding warrants.
According to the Bettendorf Police Department, Diondre L. Wakefield, 48, is wanted for eluding law enforcement. In addition, the Scott County Sheriff’s Office has issued warrants charging Wakefield with three counts of probation violation.
Wakefield is described as a Black male, standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 165 pounds.
The warrants were listed as active on July 10, 2026. Anyone with information on Wakefield’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Bettendorf Police Department or the Scott County Sheriff’s Office. Members of the public are reminded not to approach or attempt to apprehend anyone with an active warrant and should instead notify law enforcement.
