The Bettendorf Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a 28-year-old man wanted on multiple charges.
According to law enforcement information, Mickeal L. Bloch is wanted as of July 17, 2026, for possession with intent to deliver marijuana, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, assault on a person in a certain occupation, and interference with official acts.
Bloch is described as a Black male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding Bloch’s whereabouts should contact the Bettendorf Police Department or their local law enforcement agency. Members of the public should not attempt to apprehend a wanted individual themselves.
The charges listed are accusations, and Bloch is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
