William Penn University, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Albia Golfer Emma Kipfer, our 1240 AM/102.7 FM KBIZ Athlete of the Week!
The senior competed at state for the second consecutive year. Kipfer earned medalist honors by finishing in ninth place at the Class 2A State Golf Tournament in Marshalltown.
