The Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce has opened applications for the Leadership Fairfield Class of 2026-2027, according to a social media post from the Chamber. Spots are limited and the program is expected to fill quickly.
Leadership Fairfield meets on the first Tuesday of each month from September through April at the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center, with graduation taking place at the Chamber’s Annual Awards Banquet.
The program is designed to help participants build connections, develop confidence, and grow as community leaders. It combines leadership development workshops, behind-the-scenes tours of Fairfield businesses and organizations, and networking opportunities with community leaders. The Chamber also encourages employers to consider sponsoring staff members, noting that participants return with stronger professional networks, leadership skills, and a deeper understanding of the community.
The program is open to anyone looking to get more involved in the Fairfield community, expand their professional network, or step into a leadership role — whether an aspiring leader or an established professional looking to grow.
Interested applicants are encouraged to apply soon as spots are limited. The application can be found at fairfieldiowa.com.
