The Keokuk County Extension Office has announced that FairEntry is now open and mandatory for all 4-H and FFA members planning to exhibit at Expo Fair 2026. Registration through FairEntry is not optional — all exhibitors must complete the process in order to participate, whether they are showing static exhibits, communications, or livestock.
Both 4-H and FFA members must enter all exhibits into FairEntry, which allows exhibitors to designate classes for their entries. 4-H exhibitors will log in using their 4-HOnline credentials, while FFA members will use their FairEntry account login. The link to FairEntry is available at go.iastate.edu/PMNEHJ.
Key Deadlines:
All clothing event exhibits must be registered and approved in FairEntry by June 1st. All animals and communications entries must be registered, approved, and accompanied by the $15.00 exhibitor fee by July 1st. Static exhibits must be entered by Saturday, July 11th.
Exhibitor Fee:
Any 4-H or FFA member showing an animal is required to pay a $15.00 exhibitor fee to the Keokuk County Extension Office by July 1st. No FairEntry entries will be approved until the fee is received. After July 1st, the fee increases to $25.00.
Clover Kids do not need to enter anything into FairEntry.
Exhibitors are encouraged to review all applicable sections of the fair book, available at extension.iastate.edu/keokuk/expo-fair, and to consult the FairEntry helpsheet and video guide before contacting the Extension Office with questions.
