Trudy Lea Hopkins, 75, of Ottumwa, died at 12:27 p.m. April 20, 2026 at her home.
She was born June 20, 1950 in Burlington, IA to Floyd “Peck” and Darlene Bryant Dean.
A 1968 graduate of Morning Sun High School, Trudy worked at the Ottumwa Laundromat and various nursing homes.
Surviving is her sister, Ann (Rick) Robinson of Keosauqua.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ralph Dean and Lonnie Dean.
Her body has been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
