Three Ottumwa residents were arrested Monday, March 30th following a roadside confrontation in the 200 block of East Street in Hedrick that prompted multiple neighbors to call 911.
Heaven Allsup, 22, Brayton Warren, 23, and Anthony Warren, 47, all of Ottumwa, were each charged with Disorderly Conduct — Fighting/Violent Behavior, a simple misdemeanor.
According to court documents, the defendants were passengers in a vehicle traveling down a public roadway when they exited and approached a person walking down the road. The defendants engaged in a verbal argument and made threats to assault the individual. The confrontation was alarming enough that multiple neighbors exited their homes and called 911.
All three have posted surety bonds and are scheduled for initial appearances on April 13th.
