The Burlington Civic Music Association will conclude its 96th season with a dynamic performance by The Brubeck Brothers at 7 p.m. on
Friday, April 24, at the Burlington Capitol Theater.
Renowned for their energetic blend of jazz, blues and contemporary styles, The Brubeck Brothers – featuring Chris and Dan Brubeck, sons of legendary jazz pianist Dave Brubeck – have captivated audiences worldwide with their innovative sound and masterful musicianship. Their performance promises an exciting finale to this year’s concert series.
Besides the evening concert, The Brubeck Brothers will host a special master class for advanced music students at 3 p.m. that same day, also at the Burlington Capitol Theater.
This educational opportunity offers students a chance to engage directly with professional musicians and gain valuable insights into performance and improvisation.
Students wishing to attend the master class must make reservations. Unless arrangements have been made through their teachers, students should call Barbara McRoberts at 319-750-4392 to reserve a spot.
Tickets for the evening performance are available by calling 319-752-0336 or by visiting the Burlington Civic Music Association online at www.burlcivicmusic.com.
