Ottumwa police responded to a report of public nudity in a residential area of the city.
On April 16th at approximately 7:52 p.m., the Ottumwa Police Department responded to South Birch Street for a report of public nudity.
Upon arrival, a criminal complaint states that Felicia Baxter, 32, of Ottumwa, was observed in a public area while nude. Court documents further indicate that photographs reportedly showed Baxter exposing her lower body in a public setting.
Baxter was taken into custody and transported to the Wapello County Jail. She was later released.
She has been charged with public nudity, a simple misdemeanor.
