West Des Moines Police have identified a suspect in an ongoing investigation as Andrew Clark, 20, of West Des Moines.
Detectives have obtained arrest warrants charging Clark with Attempted Murder of a Peace Officer, a Class B felony, and Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon, a Class C felony.
On Tuesday, investigators executed search warrants at two locations: a residence in the 600 block of 12th Street in West Des Moines and a residence in the 1400 block of Northwest 81st Street in Clive. The Suburban Emergency Response Team (SERT) assisted by securing both locations. Clark was not located at either residence.
The search for Clark remains active. Authorities are asking anyone who has information regarding his whereabouts to contact local law enforcement immediately.
All suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
