Update: The Ottumwa Police Department has taken Christopher Minter into custody for a parole violation stemming from Mahaska County. Minter is currently being held at the Mahaska County Jail.
One person was taken into custody by Ottumwa police during a warrant arrest at a residence on East Finley Street.
On January 13, the Ottumwa Police Department was dispatched to the 500 block of East Finley Street to execute a warrant from Mahaska County.
