On November 22nd at approximately 8:17 p.m., Knoxville Police were dispatched to the 600 block of W. Pearl Street for a report of a no-contact order violation.

When officers arrived, they spoke with the protected party listed in the order. During their conversation, officers asked whether Ryan Six, 41, of Knoxville, was inside the residence. According to the police complaint, the protected party confirmed that Six was indeed there.

Officers then made contact with Six, who told police he had been living at the residence with the protected party. Court documents state that Six admitted he was aware of the no-contact order and acknowledged that his presence at the home was a violation. The order prohibits him from communicating with the protected party.

Six was arrested and taken to the Marion County Jail, where he is being held on a $1,000 cash or surety bond. A pretrial conference has been set for December 1st.
