Three area senior volleyball players will represent their schools at the 32nd Annual Southeast Iowa Volleyball Classic on Saturday, November 8th at Burlington High School.
Isabel McCready of Fairfield, along with Ashlynn Huff and Sophia Jirak of Van Buren County, were selected to compete in the prestigious all-star match, which tips off at 7:00 p.m.
Selection Process
The showcase features the top high school senior volleyball players from Southeast Iowa. Selected athletes were first nominated by their coaches, placed on a ballot, and voted on by varsity volleyball coaches from the Southeast Conference and Southeast Iowa Super Conference.
Fairfield Head Coach Vicki Rebling expressed enthusiasm about McCready’s selection, saying she is excited for Isabel to participate in the event.
