The City of Ottumwa is asking the public to be patient and
refrain from using the new All-Wheels Park until its official grand opening on Friday, November 1,
2025.
While construction on the park is nearing completion, several finishing touches are still needed
before the facility is ready for regular public use. These final steps are essential to ensure the park’s
safety and long-term durability.
The City appreciates the community’s patience and cooperation as final work is completed. Details
about the grand opening celebration will be shared later this month.
