Billy Gene McNamar, 80, of Ottumwa, died at 3:04 a.m. June 12, 2025 at his residence.
He was born August 7, 1944 in Rathbun, IA to John and Dorothy Stout McNamar.
Surviving is his wife, Sheila and his three sons, Bobby, Brian and Brad.
His body has been cremated and services are not planned.
Reece Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
