The Ottumwa Family YMCA and The Rathbun Lake Area YMCA are thrilled to announce a new management agreement designed to enhance services, share resources, and strengthen the impact of both organizations within their respective communities. The partnership will allow both organizations to benefit from shared expertise, expanded programming, and operational efficiencies. By working together, the YMCAs will enhance their ability to serve members, expand opportunities for youth development, promote healthy living, and provide critical social services to the communities of Ottumwa and Centerville.
This agreement is also designed to support efforts in identifying the next Facility Manager for the Rathbun Lake Area YMCA. While this is a critical immediate objective, the collaboration between the two organizations is intended to be a lasting partnership that continues to bring long-term benefits to both communities.
