The Des Moines National Weather Service has produced a weather briefing concerning the following hazardous winter weather.
* WHAT – Bitterly cold wind chills. An Extreme Cold Warning and Cold Weather Advisory are in effect.
* WHERE – Much of Iowa. The coldest temperatures and wind chills will be across northern Iowa.
* WHEN – The coldest conditions are expected overnight tonight. Conditions will improve later Tuesday morning into the afternoon.
