The City of Ottumwa says a street will be closed on Friday due to an emergency.
According to a news release, the 900 block of Hayne Street will be closed for emergency water repair. Motorists should seek alternate
routes and exercise extreme caution when navigating in and around the construction zone. The work is expected to last for the entire day.
