An Ottumwa man simultaneously threatened three different victims, according to the Ottumwa Police Department.
33-year-old Fidel Bustos was charged with three counts of harassment 1st degree – threaten forcible felony, an aggravated misdemeanor.
On November 14 at approximately 11:12 p.m., court records say Bustos threatened to kill and wished death upon three individuals.
Bustos was taken to the Wapello County Jail. He is being held with no bond pending a hearing with a magistrate judge.
