A southeast Iowa man faces charges after an alleged sexual abuse case in 2016.
34-year-old Colton Patterson was charged with two counts of 2nd degree sexual abuse, both class B felonies.
In January, 2016, court records say Patterson had skin to skin contact with his hand to the victims’ genitals. Both of the victims were 12-years-old.
Patterson was transported to the Mahaska County Jail. He is being held on a $25,000 bond and his preliminary hearing was waived.
