On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, the Ottumwa Waterworks will be closing the north and eastbound traffic of the Richmond/Ferry roundabout for water main repair. The closure will begin at 8:30 a.m. and is expected to be complete by the end of the day, weather permitting. Please exercise caution if traveling in this area.
