The junior powered up in a pair of playoff games last week. Weeks smacked a solo shot in a 4-1 win over Des Moines Hoover and added a two-run blast in the Bulldogs’ season-ending loss to Valley.
Our KKSI-FM Athlete of the Week feature is made possible thanks to the generosity of Meridian Credit Union, and the cooperation of our area schools.
