A member of the Ottumwa Police Department received an award on Monday for his work in victim services.

Ottumwa Police Investigator Jeremy Tosh was recognized by the United States Attorneys’ Offices for the Southern and Northern Districts of Iowa. Investigator Tosh was selected as a recipient of the Law Enforcement Victim Service Award. This award is presented as part of Iowa’s celebration for victim services by a law enforcement officer.
