The City of Ottumwa announced a structure will be set ablaze this week as part of a training exercise for the Ottumwa Fire Department.
The fire department will undergo a controlled burn of a building located at 903 Silk Avenue on Tuesday.
The process of igniting the structure and extinguishing the fire is expected to go into the early afternoon, according to the city.
