Dennis Michael Glassford, son of Charles James and Evelyn Lavonne (McCoy) Glassford, was born on March 3, 1967, in Cherokee, Iowa. Dennis initially worked at PAMCO after high school and, in 1990, began his career at Clow Valve in the foundry. Dennis’s career with Clow lasted for 31 years until his ill health forced his retirement in October 2023. Dennis was a member of the IAM Local 1498 District 6. He avidly enjoyed the Iowa Hawkeyes, the World of Outlaw Sprint Car, the New York Yankees, and the Dallas Cowboys. Dennis enjoyed deer hunting with his son-in-law, David, and frisbee golfing with his family, but most of all, he loved being with his family making memories.
