Ottumwa, Iowa – Beginning Monday August 14, 2023, the 100 block of N. Fellows between Locust and Second St. will be closed to through traffic for a sewer repair. Home owners will have access to their homes. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and asked to exercise extreme caution when navigating in and around the work zone. Weather permitting, work should be completed by the end of the week by August 18, 2023.
