Mahaska Health in Oskaloosa, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Moravia Baseball Player Wyatt Throckmorton, our 92.7 KTWA Athlete of the Week!
Last Wednesday, the Mohawks advanced to the district final with a 4-1 win over North Mahaska. Throckmorton collected two hits and scored a run. The junior was also the winning pitcher, allowing just one run on two hits over 4.2 innings of work while striking out six.
Our KTWA Athlete of the Week program is made possible thanks to the generosity of Mahaska Health, plus the cooperation of our area schools. This is a great accomplishment and one to be very proud of.
