An Ottumwa man faces a felony charge after police observed him driving a stolen car.
24-year-old Riggs Anrak has been charged with first-degree theft.
According to court records, Anrak acquired a stolen key from another individual. Anrak used the key to steal the car which was later located by an employee of the victim.
Anrak was arrested Monday morning. Ottumwa police say he admitted to stealing the vehicle which was valued at $30,000.
Anrak is currently in the Wapello County Jail where his bail has been set at $10,000.
