Ottumwa, Iowa – Beginning Wednesday May 24, 2023 Foster Street will be closed at the alley south of 2nd Street. Contractors will install new storm sewers and repave the intersection. The work is expected to take 3 weeks to complete. This is part of the Phase 8 sewer separation project. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and to exercise extreme caution when navigating in and around the construction zone.
