Pamela Kay Rupe, 75, of Ottumwa, died on January 13, 2023, at her home. She was born September 18, 1947, in Ottumwa to Philip and Ruby Vansickle Orms. She married Ivan Dale Rupe on April 15, 1987 and he preceded her in death on March 12, 2012.
A graduate of Cardinal High School and Iowa School of Beauty, she worked at Loewenberg Bakery, Meadow Gold Dairy, K-Mart, and for APAC. Pam loved to travel and read, especially while sitting in her driveway. She also enjoyed decorating her yard and garden.
Surviving are her children, Kim Kaller of Ottumwa, Dan Kaller of Axtel, KS and Jeff (Shari) Kaller of Agency; five grandchildren, Kiefer McLaud, Logan McLaud, Sam Kaller, Chase Kaller and Kaylie Kaller; a sister, Patricia (Ron) Reames of Bella Vista, AR; a nephew, Charles Bean of Ottumwa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Ida Mae and Oscar Vansickle.
Visitation will be open after 11 a.m. Tuesday at Reece Funeral Home with her family present to greet friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday. Cremation will follow the visitation.
