Josh, Brenda, and the team at Meridian Credit Union in Ottumwa, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, want to congratulate Centerville basketball player Daniel George, our 101.5 KKSI-FM Athlete of the Week!
George, a junior, knocked down the game-winning three-pointer with 1.2 seconds left while scoring 15 points in the Big Reds’ win over Davis County last Tuesday. George then put in 13 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in a win over Cardinal last Friday.
Our KKSI-FM Athlete of the Week feature is made possible thanks to the generosity of Meridian Credit Union, and the cooperation of our area schools. This is a great accomplishment and one to be very proud of. Please join us in congratulating Daniel George!
