A judge granted an accused Fairfield teenager’s request to have his trial moved.
In a ruling that was made on Monday, Judge Shawn Showers determined that 16-year-old Jeremy Goodale would be unable to have a fair and impartial jury in Jefferson County.
The new location for the trial will be determined at a later court date.
Willard Miller, the other teen accused of killing Spanish teacher Nohema Graber, had his change of venue request granted. His trial will be in Council Bluffs and is scheduled for November 1.
Both Goodale and Miller have been charged with first-degree murder.
