An Ottumwa man was recently arrested for allegedly participating in an assault and burglary in December.
48-year-old Adam Horn was charged with first-degree burglary and assault while committing a felony.
According to Ottumwa police, Horn entered an occupied structure located at North Fairview Avenue on December 18th, 2021. Horn then intentionally inflicted serious injury on an occupant.
Court records say Horn was identified as an offender by other individuals who were allegedly involved in the above incident.
A warrant for Horn’s arrest was issued on April 19th and he was taken into custody on the same day.
Horn is in the Wapello County Jail where he is currently being held without bond.
